Kartway’s Trade-In program allows customers to exchange eligible wellness devices or products for store credit. This initiative is designed to promote sustainability and help you upgrade to newer, more effective solutions while saving money. Trade-ins are subject to product condition, brand, and eligibility criteria.
To participate in the Trade-In program:

Our team will assess the condition and respond with a trade-in value offer
If approved, you’ll receive a Kartway gift card or store credit in return
Once accepted, you’ll be provided with shipping or drop-off instructions. After the item is received and verified, credit is applied to your account within 7-10 working days. Please note that some categories may not be eligible for trade-in due to hygiene or safety regulations.
