Delivery Policy for Kartway FZE LLC

UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED 15, and for FAR Areas in UAE the Fees will be AED 35. Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.

Delivery Time Duration:

Local Orders (UAE):
For orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), please expect delivery within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

International Orders:
For international orders, please allow 10 to 12 working days for delivery from the date of order confirmation.

Country-specific customs and taxes vary and are unconfirmable beforehand.

Beyond product and delivery fees, all other charges (e.g., Government fees, customs fees, document handling, and more) are the recipient’s responsibility.

Delivery Partners:

Tracking Orders:

Local Orders (UAE):
For local orders, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email, allowing you to track your order’s progress.

International Orders:
International orders will also be provided with a tracking number for monitoring the delivery status.

Refund Process:

Refund Confirmation:
Upon confirming the need for a refund, we will initiate the process. Please allow 10 working days for the refunded amount to be credited to your account. The refunded amount will exclude any applicable service charges.

Conditions for Refund:

• Refunds are only processed after confirming the need for a refund with our Customer Service team.

• Service charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
